Red Bear Winery’s 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied red wine with soft tannins and balanced with a well-rounded depth and a dry finish. One can taste notes of chocolate-covered cherries, black raspberries, and red cassis. This wine was launched just in time for Valentine’s Day last year, and this is the second vintage.
